White Chicken Chili Recipe

This recipe is courtesy of my Aunt Gail and I had to share it because it is sooo yummy and really easy to make too!



Ingredients:
4-5 chicken breasts cooked tender {about 2 lbs} and shredded
{optional - I shredded a rotisserie chicken instead}
1 small can of diced green chilies
14 oz can of chicken broth
16 oz jar of medium salsa
1 large can of great northern beans including liquid
16 oz block {shredded} or 2 bags shredded Monterrey Jack cheese.

 Directions:
 Mix all and bring to a light boil in a large pot.
Once boiling, stir in the shredded Monterrey Jack cheese.
